Built on a ravine with seasonal lake views of Lake Michigan, this 1955 ranch was ready for a major renovation. The home 5,000 square foot, 4 bedroom and 3 bath home has been completely gutted on the interior, with only the exterior shell remaining. A greenhouse annex added in the 1970's will be repurposed and become a suite for overnight guests. The landscape plans call for an inground pool and firepit overlooking the wooded ravine lot.
