Mid-Century Classic

Built in 1963, this home has had only two previous owners and was last updated in the mid 1980's. At roughly 5,800 sf of living space, the classic mid-century design has a center entrance with amazing views of the rear yard through ten-foot tall glass sliders, a step-down bar, and is situated on over an acre of wooded ravine. The current project includes a small bedroom and bath addition, complete renovation of the interior footprint and exterior landscaping, patios, and pool.
