Started following John and Rich on Instagram, was very impressed with their work from what I saw online. I reached out to them and let them know about the several projects that we wanted to complete in our home. They came out and we discussed everything, set the budget and set the start date. We were very impressed with them throughout the entire process. They would be onsite at the start of each day, again throughout the day, and always checked the job site at the end of the day. They always returned your calls the same day or first thing the next morning. They made sure that they paid attention to every detail on the project. I also have to mention that our happiness did not stop with just John and Rich it also continued with every trade that they brought in on the project as well. Every trade that was here showed the same amount of detail orientated, respect, and work ethic that John and Rich did. Since our original projects we have called John and Rich back for multiple projects afterwards.
